What? Twice in One Week?

Back again with another video!

Last year Nicholas had to build a Rube Goldberg project for a 6th grade assignment. First I thought, what the heck is that? Then I thought great, homework for parents!

After we researched what the heck we were supposed to do we spent a Saturday afternoon/evening last January building this contraption. We started by rummaging around the house for items that we could use. It was a good thing we didn’t purge the Matchbox cars and track sets when we cleaned out the kids room the weekend before!

To be honest, there were moments of frustration on each of our parts and various points throughout the construction period. The end result looked funky, but he got an A on his project and we had some family time in the process. The boys ended it with a dance party, Fortnite style, which BTW was cool when we made the video. Nicholas wanted me to cut out that part since I posted the video a year later and apparently Fortnite is out. Kids! I kept it in because when he is over 30 he will be glad I did.

Nicholas's walks us through his Rube Goldberg machine he built in 6th grade.
